RM7 for first 0.5kg + RM3 for every additional 0.5kg.

RM35 for first 0.5kg + RM10 for every additional 0.5kg.

RM100 for first 0.5kg + RM30 for every additional 0.5kg.

order faq.

all orders are processed and shipped out within 2 business days. 

please refer to the above chart for the estimated delivery times to your country.

when you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from our system. you may use that tracking number to track your order via the selected courier company.

should you face any issues with tracking your order, please email us at hello@dsgnur.com.

domestic orders.
please email us at hello@dsgnur.com to arrange for a new delivery of the correct product. the new delivery is free of charge. should the correct product be out of stock, you may opt to:

  • select a different product at the same price point.
  • select a different product at a different price point.
    for lower value products, we will refund the difference.
    for higher value products, you will be required to pay for the difference in price.
  • request for a refund.

international orders.
unfortunately, due to the high cost of international shipping, we will not be able to send you the correct product for free. therefore, please email us at hello@dsgnur.com to arrange for a refund.

all orders are non-exchangable and non-refundable.
etcetera. will not be held responsible for damages occurred at the time of delivery.

however, if you have received a faulty product, please email us at hello@dsgnur.com to request for a replacement product  (domestic orders only) or arrange for a refund (domestic and international orders).
